Every Friday we organize a workshop during which you will learn how to prepare some very typical Sardinian dishes: from “culurgiones” (ravioli filled with potatoes and mint) to “malloreddus” (typical gnocchi), from “fregola” with seafood to “amaretti” (dessert cookies made with almonds) … all of it with a final tasting, of course!
Every Monday evening we give our guests the possibility to discover the hearth of Cagliari. A guided tour will lead you through the narrow streets of “Castello”, the old city center, to discover the Cathedral and the bastions and finish up with a tasty aperitif with a view of the city at sunset.
Every Thursday morning we organize a little tour to discover the most important Sardinian products and delicacies that you will be able to find in the local markets and the little shops of the center.
Between the 12th and the 22nd of July in San Sperate, a city famous for the production of different types of peaches but also for the typical graffiti. During the festival you can entertain yourself admiring the local art, trying different kinds of products and watching the shows organized by the municipal.
In August in Jerzu (province of Nuoro) there is a very special festival dedicated to the full bodied wines produced in this area. The wine cellars are open and you can take a walk in the village, tasting a glass of wine while observing one of the many shows.
